A native to Oconee County, Haley graduated from Oconee County High School in 2008 where she was a member of the 2006 State Champion softball team. After graduation, she attended Reinhardt University on a softball scholarship and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2012.

Haley began her insurance career at AFLAC selling supplemental benefits. She joined the Phil Kinney Agency in 2013, where she is selling home, auto, life, and commercial insurance.

Haley is married to Gray and is the proud mom to two boys.
